OUR APPROACH

Better tools begin
with the work itself.

How can we make the path from a patient’s request to the next step in care easier to follow?

Keep people in view.

A patient’s need can pass through several people before the next step is complete. Each handoff should carry the context, a clear owner, and a way to see what happens next.

Provider Triage is being built to connect those parts of the journey. SayDoc addresses another daily need: making frequently used wording easier to find, maintain, and reuse.

Both are guided by the same idea: tools should fit the work of providers and their teams.

CLINICIAN-LED

Nunzio Pagano, DO

Internal medicine physician and the founder behind Provider Triage and SayDoc.

The product is shaped by a practical concern: a patient’s request should carry its context, owner, and next action through the entire episode of care.

WHAT GUIDES THE BUILD

Make the work clearer.
Keep the provider in control.

Context before conclusions

Keep source information close to the decision so the provider can review what supports it.

Ownership through completion

A next step needs someone responsible for it and a way to follow its progress.

Consistency with flexibility

Give teams shared foundations while preserving each provider’s organization and wording.

Simple patient and provider workflows

Reduce repeated entry and unnecessary steps. Added technology should make the work easier to follow.
